About Bradford Hill
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Raleigh, North Carolina! I specialize in supporting current and former athletes.
From years of experience counseling in the RDU area across both higher education and the community setting, I consider myself a well-rounded generalist therapist. The diversity of my counseling experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across multiple settings. These experiences lend to the belief that I'm capable of holding space for you as the client, regardless of the subject matter of that session. In addition to my areas of expertise listed, I recognize that sometimes even the mundane, day to day life situations also need space to be processed and examined - even if they do not fit into a “category” or check a box - and that is also welcomed into the counseling space. I encourage everyone I work with to bring in what's real for you.
I have an extensive background in working with masculinity and identity, performance anxiety, cultural concerns, team and sports related dynamics, and general emotional processing. Wherever you are in life, I aim to meet you there, and support you along your journey.
Feel free to contact me via email or phone to schedule a consultation and gauge whether I will be a good fit for you therapeutically. I look forward to connecting with you!
