About Caitlin Jesus
Caitlin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and RYT-200hr Embodied Yoga Instructor.

Caitlin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and RYT-200hr Embodied Yoga Instructor. Caitlin received a dual-masters degree in clinical mental health as well as sport and health psychology and has spent her professional career exploring the intersection of the mind-body experience and it's impact on overall life-functioning + performance-enhancement. Caitlin is passionate about using creative techniques and experiences that align with the client's interests and values to ensure that the therapeutic process is uniquely tailored to the individual. She also believes that developing self-awareness, self-compassion, and understanding what fosters joy are key components to assisting clients on their path to wellness and increased success in performance.
Caitlin incorporates a variety of techniques into her work including Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, implementation of mental skills through embodied movement, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Highlighting her passion for creative techniques, Caitlin is also currently the director of Aviv Southcoast, an animal-assisted and eco-therapy focused outpatient therapeutic facility.
